people! Darrin here to talk about a
question I get asked all the time, and that is:
How do
I get my shape back?!? I was a size (…you tell me) back in college, and
then I had kids…and then…and then….now, I just want my body back!
So
let’s get to it! Today I am going to
give you a few pointers on how to return you to the woman you want to see when
stand in front of the mirror. Understand that every female has a shape, but
their body maybe de-conditioned from a lack of healthy activity and a hectic,
yet sedentary lifestyle. Your shape may be a matter of simple…or not so
simple, but worth it, eating and
exercise adjustments. Let’s go over some steps to help you get started on the
road to getting your sexy shape back.

Step
one: Do the math. Know what your body fat % is so you
can determine what timeframe you are looking at
for success.

Step
two: Have an image in mind of how you want to look. Old
photos or pictures
from a fitness magazine will aid in keeping you
focused on the prize.

Step
three: Understand what getting into shape means to you so you can embrace
how
exercise will help you achieve the results
you want, and remember, every fitness program is not built the same, any more
than every woman is built the same.

Step
four: There is no such thing as a “successful diet”! Eating the right foods in the
right combinations always works better than portion control or low calorie programs
for the lifelong success you’re
working to achieve.

Step
five: Have fun with your journey. If you’re stressing
about losing weight, you will
just make it that much harder to get the
job done.
Of
course there is more to reaching your goal than five simple steps, but this
should at least get you moving in the right direction.
